Refund policy

We offer a full refund if:

• Your order does not arrive within 40 days of purchase
• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• You received the wrong item

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
For issues not listed above, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may choose their preferred shipping method when returning the product.
